Yes. Most of our work is overflow capacity. You keep ownership of the project and the client relationship; we absorb the production when your internal team reaches capacity.

Yes. We work to your title blocks, layer conventions, bar mark schemes and drawing standards so the deliverables look like they came from your own office.

Every package is independently reviewed before submission by a detailer who did not produce it. That reviewer checks the reinforcing against the structural documents and resolves discrepancies before the package leaves us.

Drawings, bar lists, bending schedules and material summaries in the formats your shop and field teams already use. Confirm your required output during scope review and we will match it.

Yes. Drawing revisions, updates, resubmittals, RFI responses and coordination support are part of how we work, not a separate engagement.

We serve clients across the United States. Our initial business development is focused on Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida, with support available for projects throughout the U.S.

It depends on the size and completeness of the set. Send us the documents and your bid date, and we will confirm a delivery commitment during scope review — usually the same business day you enquire.
