Send Project Documents
Plans, structural drawings, specifications and addenda.
Upload your set through the quote form or send a link to your plan room. We work from whatever you already have — a full IFC set, a bid package, or a partial drawing release.

Scope Review
We review requirements, schedules and deliverables.
Before any production starts, we read the documents and confirm what is in scope, what the deliverables are, and what date they are needed. Anything ambiguous gets raised here, not at submission.

Estimate / Detail
Our team develops takeoffs, bar lists and rebar drawings.
Production runs to your standards and templates. Takeoffs are broken down by bar size and structural element; drawings are built for fabrication and field installation.

QA/QC
Deliverables are independently reviewed before submission.
A second detailer who did not produce the package checks it against the structural documents. Discrepancies are resolved before the package leaves us.

Delivery & Revisions
We deliver the completed package and support subsequent revisions and coordination.
You receive the deliverables in your required format. We stay on the project for revisions, resubmittals, RFIs and coordination for as long as you need us.

QA/QC is a separate pair of eyes, not a self-check.
Detailed QA/QC processes help minimize errors, discrepancies and costly revisions. Every package is independently reviewed before it reaches you.

The more complete the set, the tighter the estimate — but a partial package is enough to begin a scope review.
Drawings
Structural plans, sections and details. IFC, permit set or bid set — whatever stage the project is at.
Specifications
Reinforcing specifications, general notes and any addenda issued to date.
Your dates
Bid date or submittal deadline, plus the deliverable formats your shop and field teams need.
